To celebrate the arrival of our tough but trim new US made aprons, we visited some guys who could appreciate their charms. AJ Wilson, Brett Felchner and David Nethers are some of the thoughtful coffee techs behind Portland’s Barista. A discriminating bunch, we tagged along in their subterranean lab as they put delicious roasts through their paces and worked our aprons during a cupping. Between their meticulously chosen beans and our aprons’ beautiful fabrics and solid construction, attention to detail and the finest ingredients are something we can all agree on.
